John is fantastic. I first met him when my heating didn't work during a very cold snap in 2018. I couldn't believe that a plumber would turn up within 30 minutes and sort it. And not charge an extortionate fee either. He then insulated our outside pipes. During the freezing weather, this winter the heating stopped again and I rang him, he told me what to do and it was sorted for free in 30 seconds. I've used him for lots of other jobs too. He's very friendly and reliable and I'd thoroughly recommend him.
